The Model: AI Intake, Human Execution

Sonsoto uses AI agents for document classification, completeness checking, routing, and status tracking. Operators handle everything that requires institutional knowledge, relationship management, judgment calls, and direct authority interaction.

AI handles the structured, repeatable work. Operators handle the exceptions, complications, and cases that require a person.

When Operators Are Automatically Assigned

A case is escalated to a human operator when:

  • The intake document review is complete and the case is ready for submission
  • An authority raises a query that requires a verbal or written response
  • A document is flagged by AI as unusual and needs human verification
  • A case reaches a step that cannot be automated (e.g., in-person appointment, physical notarisation)
  • A client requests direct operator contact

What Operators Do

  • Submit applications directly to UAE authorities, free zones, banks, and courts
  • Respond to authority queries and follow up on delayed applications
  • Coordinate physical steps: appointments, document courier, notarisation
  • Provide case-specific guidance when the standard path does not apply
  • Escalate to legal advisors or institutional contacts when required

How to Reach Your Operator

Once a case is In Progress, the assigned operator is visible in your case dashboard. You can send a message directly to the operator through the platform. Messages are responded to within 1 business day.

For urgent matters — imminent visa expiry, time-critical authority deadlines — mark your message as urgent. Sonsoto operators prioritise flagged cases.

What Operators Do Not Handle

  • Legal advice: Operators coordinate government processes but do not provide legal opinions. For legal questions, consult a UAE-licensed lawyer.
  • Tax advice: Operators support TRC applications but do not provide tax planning advice. Consult a qualified tax advisor.
  • Financial advice: Operators support banking applications but do not advise on investment or financial products.

Escalation to Third Parties

In some cases, Sonsoto coordinates with external professionals — licensed lawyers, notaries, overseas agents, certified translators — to complete steps that require specific credentials. These are disclosed to you in the case record and do not change your relationship with Sonsoto.
