Banks make their own decisions, and he is direct about that. What his team can control is whether an application arrives coherent, complete and properly evidenced, and whether the client understood in advance how their profile was likely to be received.
That work starts before a form is filled. Banking is where otherwise sound UAE structures lose the most time, so readiness has to be built into the matter from the beginning rather than treated as a final step.
