Her work is less about paperwork than sequence: approvals that depend on one another, documents that must be right before the next authority will accept them, and structures that need to match what the client is actually trying to do. The aim is to scope the matter properly before it starts so it can complete without avoidable resubmission.
Once the entity is live, her team stays close to the corporate record so amendments, renewals and supporting documents can be handled without reconstructing the file from scratch.
