Mai Tran supports clients building teams in Vietnam, covering hiring coordination and the registrations and paperwork that attach to employing people locally.
A first hire triggers more than an employment contract. Labour registration, payroll setup, social insurance, work permit considerations and ongoing employer responsibilities all follow, often for clients without prior in-country infrastructure.
Her role is to help clients understand that shape before they commit to it, so a team can be put in place without leaving labour or compliance gaps behind it.
