Linh Tran leads the platform clients and market teams work inside, along with the engineering standards behind it. Her responsibility is to make technology reduce uncertainty rather than introduce more of it.
She focuses on practical clarity: clients should be able to see what is complete, what remains open and where a decision is needed; operators should not need to enter the same information repeatedly across disconnected systems.
Features earn their place when they improve clarity, speed or control. Linh holds technology delivery to the same operational discipline the firm applies to client work.
