This work is governed by sequence. A step taken in the wrong order can hold up the step after it for months, so her focus is on getting the documents right the first time and identifying where a commercial decision creates a filing or approval requirement the client has not yet anticipated.
The result should be a corporate record that reflects what the business is actually doing, not a set of papers that stopped matching reality after incorporation.
